Last push event widget width for fixed layout #40268

What does this MR do?

It adjusts last push event widget (with suggestion to create MR) when the user has set a fixed layout width in settings, preferences.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Check if adding the extra parent .container-fluid.container-limited.limit-container-width div container in _last_push.html.haml overrides layout elsewhere.

Why was this MR needed?

The last push event widget seems awkward when the user has set a fixed layout.
