Fix broken Members link when relative URL root paths are used

Merged Stan Hu requested to merge sh-fix-broken-redirection-relative-url-root into master
All threads resolved!

Navigating to the "Members" section of a project would omit the relative URL root path. Fix the redirection by eliminating the leading slash and eliminate the need for a redirection in the first place.
