The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. What does this MR do?

Fix raw_path to point it to the new job path.
Rename other builds to jobs in the tests

Since this also fixed a path, let's try to get this in %9.3
