What does this MR do?
Fixes the branches pagination not displaying.
For some reason this code is there in 9-0-stable but not in master, turns out it isnt needed!
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
