Slack integration seems to have stopped working in 7.6

I've noticed that since upgrading to 7.6 the Slack integration doesn't seem to be working.

The "test" feature works correctly, but new pushes etc. aren't getting sent to Slack any more.

Not sure if there are any logs that I can post, happy to do that if someone points me in the right direction.
