[7-4-stable] unknown provider (ldap). Available providers ["ldapmain"]

I thought I'd log this issue from your GitHub site, as we have seen it and then managed to resolve it:

After upgrading to 7-4-stable and updating to the new gitlab.yml config file, I get the following error when trying to access anything:

The bundle exec rake gitlab:ldap:check RAILS_ENV=production test passes fine.
