Skeleton Component - style component/directive

Problem to solve

Style the skeleton component/directive using a single class that can be applied to an element to show that data is loading.

Follow the design specs found in the pajamas design docs.

Skeleton objects are presented in grayscale and never use color. They use a pulsing wave effect motion to indicate they are loading. The animation transitions color horizontally from left to right, starting with #f2f2f2 to #fafafa.
