Editing files is not obvious in blob view
The edit button is not obvious/does not stand out from other choices on the page (IH and IA problem). Additionally it shares user attention with Web IDE button. We are not guiding the user. Which option is best for the user?

This problem has been surfaced through the baseline experience recommendations effort of 2019 Q2: gitlab-design#518 (closed)
User thoughts:
The edit button is not very obvious, also there is a web IDE button as well.
Proposal
Improve IH and IA for the edit buttons. Consider editing the file being the primary user flow for this view.
