Changed files dropdown has lower z index then diff file preview card header in commits page

https://gitlab.com/team/dev/project/commit/xxxxxx when click showing x changed file under changes section dropdown opening under the preview card header.

This MR fix this z-index issue changing z-index 220 to 120.
