Prefill the user who clicked "Create merge request" in an issue as the author

Problem to solve

If I click "create a merge request" from an issue, after the merge request is created it is left unassigned. This forces me to adjust the assignment to myself every time.

Assign it to the user who clicked "create a merge request" as a default. Even if the desire of users is to assign it to someone else assigning it to someone (specifically the user) improves most workflows without slowing down the others (who would then need to assign it anyway).
