Show a meaningful error message when /due quick_actions command fails because the date format is invalid

As discussed in discussion: when an invalid format is given to /due quick actions command a general error message is shown: Command did not apply.

We need to show a more meaningful error message which explains that the date format is invalid. My proposal is: Failed to set due date because the date format is invalid.
