'create merge request and branch' not work
Summary
When we create a branch from an issue,we see ‘Source is not available’ envn if the souce branch does exist.
Steps to reproduce
- Create an issue and its title is only written in Chinese. We call the issue id 2.
- Create merge request and branch from the issue. And GitLab automatically creates a branch named '2-' .
- We make some changes on branch '2-' and then realize the name is not ok . We want to create another branch based branch '2-'.
- We return the issue 2 to create merge request and branch,we intend to change the source branch from master to '2-' .
Sometimes
we see 'Source is not available' .Sometimes
