Add annotation/note when you create a todo from an issue
The Problem/Use Case
When a user (me) create a todo from an (issue, epic, merge request, I don't know if there are more...) it is always for different reasons.....
- Respond to a discussion
- Refine the description
- Post some questions
- Merge it
- Fix a failed build
- ...this list goes on...
Simply adding it as a todo to my todo list with no reminder or annotation to tell me what I supposed to do to that particular "todo" (see what I did there ;) ) causes me the following problems:
- Makes me inefficient
- Causes delays in responses to co-workers, making them inefficient
Allow the user to annotate a todo when adding it to their To-Dos list. Make that text only visible to them and display it with the (Issue, epic, merge request, etc) in the to-dos list.
Everyone will love this. Promise.
