Make pipeline job and stage status icons show actual progress
Problem to solve
Make it obvious at a glance how close a pipeline stage or job is to finishing.
Proposal
Instead of showing a static "in progress" icon (which seems to imply the process is about ⅔ complete):
...animate this icon to show the (estimated) time remaining.
