Container Registry UI: Filter lists

Problem to solve

The GitLab Container Registry allows users to build, publish and discover images right from within GitLab. The current user interface works well for teams with only a few images. However, for organizations with many images, it is difficult to find and discover images because there is no ability to search or filter images based on name, last updated date or other meta data.

• Created date (Soon to be renamed to Last updated)

There are no permissions changes or security impacts of this change. Reporters and above will still be able to view items in the Container Registry.
