Add group repository dashboard with language percentage

If I am an administrator of a large number of projects I'd like to know the languages being used across an entire group.

This has the benefit of starting us down the path of creating "Repository/Project" dashboards that summarize more meta data across the group (deployment methods, language versions, dependencies, size).
