Bring back the https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/27514 and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/11272 after revert, because of: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/-/jobs/217131805
