Gitlab-runner: unable to access requested URL returned error: 500

Summary

If you add a runner to the repository in the subgroup, it will not be able to start. Runner will try to clone the repository and get the following error:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new group
  2. Add a subgroup to it.
  3. Create a new project
  4. For him to add pipeline
  5. Register a primitive runner.
