"Reaction popup" disappears right away
Steps to reproduce
- Open existing issue.
- Click on "Add reaction" button.
What is the current bug behavior?
Popup will be shown for less than 1 second, and it disappears immediately after it.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Popup should be visible untill some emoji is selected.
