Upgrade Vue test utils to 1.0.0-beta.26

We are currently four releases / more than half a year behind Vue test utils (https://github.com/vuejs/vue-test-utils/releases). Upgrading to the next version (1.0.0-beta.26) already breaks some tests, so that should be our first step.
