Docs feedback: Performance reports aren't just for browsers

It would be useful to generalize this page and/or the corresponding .gitlab-ci.yml syntax to make it clear that performance reports can be used for more than browser performance testing and to document the schema for the JSON file (currently implicitly defined by https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gl-performance.
