Access knative logs from GitLab

Problem to solve

Accessing knative logs requires cluster access which developer may or may not have. In order to troubleshoot errors and resolve issues, it is useful to have access to the logs.

Surface knative logs in GitLab. We already have Kubernetes Pod Logs and we should use the same pattern to surface (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/clusters/kubernetes_pod_logs.html)
