Add search to Admin area
Problem to solve
The richness of configurability in GitLab is a great strength. However, it's often difficult to find the right setting in the Admin Area. Being able to search the settings would greatly reduce the amount of time spend on configuration.

All users with access to Admin

As a user, I want the ability to search the admin section to find the setting I am looking for rather than having to manually scroll through.
