Ability to manage issues from multiple projects without the need to jump between each project.

Currently I can view all issues assigned to me but unable to see all issues or all un-assigned issues on the Issues page through a simple filter. This become more problematic the more projects I am involved in and have to manually scroll down and check each project for new unassigned issues.
Proposal
Add a filter on the issues page (URL: https://gitlab.com/dashboard/issues) to change the "view all issues" filter to show assigned or un-assigned issues across all projects that I am part of. Then have a "View My Issues" to view issues that are currently assigned to the logged in user (as per the current view all issues filter)
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
The ability for users to manage issues across multiple projects easier.
