PID file creation will be removed in Sidekiq 6.0

When I run GDK locally, I see the following warning message:

11:04:04 rails-background-jobs.1 | WARNING: PID file creation will be removed in Sidekiq 6.0, see #4045. Please use a proper process supervisor to start and manage your services

Presumably #4045 refers to https://github.com/mperham/sidekiq/issues/4045

I've seen this, but it only affects the GDK (maybe source installs?) at the moment since we don't use `-d` in Omnibus

Yeah, am seeing this in GDK, looks like it's from `bin/background_jobs`. I will open an issue if not already
