Apply all suggestions at once

Problem to solve

Currently, when applying a suggestion it creates a new commit. When you have multiple suggestions to apply, it will create multiple commits, which create multiple pipelines.

Proposal

A button to apply all the suggestions at once. Or select the ones you want to apply to create one commit.
