Wiki: Button "New Page" causes loss of written text when hit instead of "Create Page"

Spotted a UI problem when helping a colleague that was new to the wiki:

Problem

On the top right of a new wiki page, that is being edited, the green button "New Page" appears. My colleague finished her typing hitting this button and - everything was gone. The green button "Create Page" at the bottom was not shown on her small laptop screen without scrolling.

Possible solution

Do not show a button "New page" when editing a new page.
