Board Lists lose their filter label when said label becomes a group label
Summary
When a label is 'promoted' to a group label (as opposed to a project label), any board in the projects that used to filter by that specific label loses that filter.
Steps to reproduce
Create a label, have it assigned to a board and a list, promote it to group label, observe lists on said board.
What is the current bug behavior?
Lists lose the label filtering.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Lists should keep the label filtering.
