Make suggest more prominent in review workflow

Problem to solve

Suggestions is a little hard to discover in the code review workflow. The usage data also indicates adoption lower than expected, likely due to the lack discovery of discoverability.

Target audience

Code Reviewers (Developers)

Solution

Minimal solution

  • Offer a popover tooltip which makes the feature very visible once per user

Optimal solution (though iteratively approachable)

  • Keeping the suggest changes option next to the other markdown options which inject content directly
  • Grouping the markdown direct inject options
  • Offer a popover tooltip which makes the feature very visible once per user
  • Dedicate each corner of the editor to certain actions (Tabs, markdown direct inject options, additional markdown options/hints, workflow buttons)

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

Improved adoption of suggestions feature. This is already measured.
