Award Emoji buttons have malfunctioning glitches
- Award emoji description has weird coloring going on
- Award emoji comments does not show active state anymore (description version still does that)

Click on the emoji buttons and watch the button icon change (normal/hover/active)

Description award emoji button:
- Coloring conflicts with button coloring upon interaction
Comments award emoji button:
- Normal: normal smile
- Hover: Open mouth smile
- Active: IS NOT WORKING
What is the expected correct behavior?
Description award emoji button:
- Normal coloring which does not conflict with button coloring upon interaction
Comments award emoji button:
- Normal: normal smile
- Hover: Open mouth smile
- Active: squinted eyes + open mouth smile
