Toggling an issue discussion does not load the comment draft
Summary
Toggling a discussion in an issue or on the discussion tab of a merge request only displays the comment draft after full page reload.
Steps to reproduce
- open issue or merge request (discussion tab)
- create new discussion
- start writing a comment (but don't submit)
- click
collapse replies - expand replies again
