1.2.2 Captions (Prerecorded): Captions are provided for all prerecorded audio content in synchronized media, except when the media is a media alternative for text and is clearly labeled as such. (Level A)

Problem

The product does not include any audio-only or video-only media.

However, users have the ability to upload their own media. The product does not provide capabilities for captioning user-generated audio or video content.
