Expand resolved discussion when replying to it

After https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/54330 is fixed, you are able to reply to a resolved discussion but the reply gets immediately collapsed:

I think we should automatically expand the discussion when replying to it.
