Broken `danger-review` jobs

Due to the update of the required version of Node to 10, the danger-review jobs (e.g. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/-/jobs/133472419) are broken since they use the registry.gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-build-images:danger image which has Node 8 (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-build-images/blob/master/Dockerfile.danger).
