Update Knative from 0.1.3 to 0.2.2

The initial release of Knative for GitLab shipped with version 0.1.3 which works well for serving out services and initial functions. Version 0.2.2 of Knative introduces eventing which will allow for adding serverless functions that can trigger the firing of other functions or receive events to perform an action.
