Update E2E tests to account for Project overview UI changes

Several improvements to the Project UI are being made in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/51243 / https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/22196

The changes are likely to affect some end-to-end tests, most likely the ones that use the clone and fork buttons.
