Project page title show old user full name

Summary

Project page still show old user's full name in the title (but not in the content). IMO there is a privacy concern : if someone created a project with it's real name, and change it afterwards, his real name will still be displayed.

Steps to reproduce

1. In the user profile, set a full name
2. Create a new project
3. Go back to your user profile, and change your full name.
4. Return to the project page. Breadcrumbs show the new name, but page title still contains the old value.

What is the current bug behavior?

Project page title should indicate the new user's fullname.
