Sign in page replaces the current page instead of being added in the history
Summary
(Summarize the bug encountered concisely)
Steps to reproduce
- Open a specific gitlab.com URL
- Wait for it to randomly disconnect you (separate issue)
Example Project
(If possible, please create an example project here on GitLab.com that exhibits the problematic behaviour, and link to it here in the bug report)
(If you are using an older version of GitLab, this will also determine whether the bug has been fixed in a more recent version)
What is the current bug behavior?
The sign in page replaces the URL you navigated to.
What is the expected correct behavior?
I should be able to go back 2 pages after signing in to my URL. Instead, the respective URL is completely missing from the browser's history.
Relevant logs and/or screenshots
(Paste any relevant logs - please use code blocks (```) to format console output, logs, and code as it's very hard to read otherwise.)
