- easier configuration of gitlab
- more diverse emails

- gitlab.com, may allow companies to use their own imap infrastructure
- same for ce / ee installations, maybe some project needs a different mail adress for security reasons
Proposal
- allow to decide wether the use the configured global account or to use a custom mail account per project or per group
