Inconsistency in fonts used for branch name and create from fields when creating new branch from UI
Summary
This is a UX/Design bug, when creating a new branch in the UI the font doesn't match in the "Create From" field and the "Branch Name" field.
Steps to reproduce
- In any GitLab CE installation.
- Navigate to any repositories branches and click "new branch"
- Notice the issue as described.
Tested in Chrome Version 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) on MacOS 10.13.6
What is the current bug behavior?
The field fonts do not match. Leading to incongruity.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The fields would have the same font. This makes it easier to see if branch naming conventions are being observed and aids in the finding of typos in branch names.
I expect they should both be mono-spaced.

Solution
Monospace typography is used for the following: Tags Branch names SHAs Commits Code snippets Writing GitLab Flavored Markdown
According to this guideline, both 'Branch name' and 'Create from' should be monospaced.
