Extend test suite by adding a smoke test for Create Group

Summary:

We need a smoke test that will quickly check the functionality for adding a Group.

Steps:

• login to the platform
• create a new group
• validate the group was created correctly.

Bonus Points:

• creating a subgroup
• navigating to the group URL renders the appropriate group page
