As a GitLab instance admin, I should have more visibility into user's actions and usage statistics
Problem to solve
I want to know if a user is active, and how active.
When I delete a user, I want to know I want to know how much content exactly will be moved to system-wide ghost user.
Proposal
As a GitLab instance admin, I should have more visibility into user's actions and usage statistics like:
- number of commits
- number of issues
- number of comments
- number of MRs
- number of snippets
- number of owned projects
- number of owned groups
- number of owned schedules (they'll likely stop working when user is deleted?)
- number of any reasonable type of resource that will get assigned to ghost user
It should be listed just like these:
And exposted in API for admins: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/users.html#for-admins
