Keyboard navigation: "Project slug" is not focused on "New project" page

Summary

If I use keyboard tab navigation through the form fields on the "New project" page, "Project slug" does not get focused, tested on latest Chrome. Instead, a link in the following field's description is focused. See attached screenshot

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to "New project"
• Tab out from "Project name"

What is the current bug behavior?

• "Project slug" is not focused

What is the expected correct behavior?

• "Project slug" should be focused
