Wiki : attach a file not working

Summary

Since update 11.3.1 attach a file no longer work in a wiki page

Steps to reproduce

Edit or create a wiki page and try to attach a file from the button or by drag and drop

What is the current bug behavior?

• The file is not added and the makdown link doesn't appear
• A red error message "Server responded with 0 code" is present at the botton of markdown area

What is the expected correct behavior?

The file is upload on the server and a link to this file is added in the makdown
