Web IDE doesn't refresh pipelines

Pipelines don't update in sidebar of Web IDE

Steps to reproduce

• Open Web IDE
• Create a new commit
• Open the pipelines sidebar, to see the pipeline starting
• Open the log of a pipeline task

What is the current bug behavior?

The pipeline log doesn't update, it only shows the log up to the point of opening and won't scroll any more output at all.

What is the expected correct behavior?

To update the same as if you're viewing the pipeline task outside of the Web IDE.
