Job API is missing 'allow_failure' field
Problem to solve
The build/job API to retrieve job status or payloads send via webhooks are missing useful field for 3rd party integrations. More specifically 'allow_failure'.
Further details
When the integration is receiving a webhook about a Build and the status is 'failed', there is no way to know if it should be ignored/allowed or not.
Proposal
Add allow_failure
in the Job API object and webhooks payload
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
