When creating a new Repository, querycanceled error

Summary

When creating a new repository, it showed a querycanceled error (Image attached)

Steps to reproduce

I tried to create a new repository, After I clicked create, it loaded a bit slowly, and I immediately clicked on import project while it was loading. After that, every time I tried to create that exact same repository, the same error popped. After clicking a couple of times on the button, I tried refreshing, that took me directly to the newly created repository I tried to create.

What is the current bug behavior?

It wont allow me to create a new repository.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Letting me create a repository.
