Add additional information to Dashboard > Activity, Milestone and Snippets

Problem to solve

If you are a new user, in Dashboard > Projects and Groups, additional information is shown explaining the said feature. However, Activity, Milestones and Snippets have no explanation.

I think it would be more descriptive for a new user to see an explanation for those as well similar to those of projects and groups.

• Dashboard > Activity
• Dashboard > Milestones
• Dashboard > Snippets

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

All of the tabs in the Dashboard have some explanation to what they are used for or some other additional information that will make it easier for new users to understand.
