Repository's owner's name/id not correctly reflected

Let's say you are First Last and you created first-repository and second-repository. Later on, you changed your name to Super Man – and also created third-repository.

When we access the repositories (with a Web browser), at that point, the name in the title bar should be Super Man for all the repositories, regardless the point in time they were created since they belong to the same owner/maintainer. If that's true, then there is some glitch somewhere, because for some reason, the original name when the repository was created is maintained/preserved.

Additionally, I've also seen than, commonly, what's displayed is the actual user ID instead of the name itself.
