Add repository languages for projects

On our current project home page, it's not possible to get a quick overview of coding languages used in this repository.

Proposal

Add a bar to the project page displaying the languages the repository consists off.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

(If no way to measure success, link to an issue that will implement a way to measure this)
